⌘ What Is Your Online Return / Exchange Policy?

Return are accepted if it is returned within 30 days of receipt (for local and international orders).

Only item that is in its original condition; unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with its label attached can be returned/exchanged. Item that is damaged from wear and tear is not considered to be faulty.

If the item requested is not available in stock, you will be refunded. If you would like to exchange to a different item altogether, we will first refund you and you may place a new order for the item.

Clearance and sales items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For return and exchange request, customer is advised to contact us first at [email protected] by quoting the order number and product detail.

Please note that a standard delivery fee (local) is applicable for us to re-ship out the exchanged item.

We reserves the rights to reject any returns / exchanges at our discretion.

⌘ What Should I Do If I Received An Incorrect Or Faulty Item?

In case of incorrect or faulty item, please email us at [email protected] to make further arrangement for replacement or exchange.

⌘ Can I Change The Size If It Doesn't Fit Me?

We do not allow any exchange due to wrong size ordered. Kindly refer to the sizing information chart before proceeding with your order.

⌘ How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?

Upon meeting our return/exchange policy eligibility, you may proceed to mail your item back to the address below:

Delivery fee to return the product shall be borne by the customer. Please note that a RM 10.00 delivery fee (local) is applicable for us to re-ship out the exchanged item.

We encourage you to opt for shipment with tracking details as we will not be responsible for missing returned parcel.

⌘ Will I Receive A Full Refund?

All refund is made to the mode of payment you have used to order. Refund will be based on the value of the merchandise in the invoice – excluding shipping and other charges. Please note refund may take up to two (2) weeks or more depending on the initiating and receiving parties.

⌘ Which Items Are Non-Returnable?

  • Sales and Clearance items.
  • Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, altered and/or soiled.
  • We reserves the rights to reject any returns / exchanges at our discretion.
